the face of power?

much has been made of sarah palin being a heartbeat away from the most powerful role in the world, the american presidency. the more i have thought about this, the more i have realized how truly great it would be if she did ascend to that role, for the puppet masters who are already controlling her.

as it is, bush, cheney and rove's guys were there at one of mccain's homes in arizona preparing palin for her debate with joe biden. so imagine if mccain won the election and then proceeded to suffer a medical setback which would promote palin to the throne.

i think palin would be only too happy to have bushco advise her every move and coach her through her presidency. one might be inclined to think she would be exposed as a fraud somehow if she were president but i think she proved by handling her debate well enough that she can handle instruction and she has the public relations skills to play the role.

this is likely what bush has been doing these past eight years as i think the policy comes primarily from cheney. palin would merely be taking the role of figurehead to the next level by being even less informed. i think this would be convenient for those who would control her. they merely have to fashion their public relations material, (read: propaganda,) and trot palin out there to deliver it.

i know in these days of mccain and palin this term is overused but i am going to use it anyway: scary...
